How can I purchase a ticket?
Tickets can be purchased online on our official registration page. Early bird pricing is available for a limited time.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! We offer discounts for teams attending together, 10% discount on 6 or more tickets. Contact us at hello@mindtheproduct.com for details.
If I am no longer able to attend, can I get a refund?
We have a refund policy in place. You can get a full refund up until 4 weeks before the event takes place. A refund will not be granted any time after that point. Check our website for details or contact us for assistance at hello@mindtheproduct.com.
I can no longer attend. Can I transfer the ticket to my colleague?
Yes! Ticket transfers are allowed. Just update the details or email us for help at hello@mindtheproduct.com.
Can I change the details on my ticket?
Yes, but only the current ticket holder can do this.
You can update your ticket details up to two days before the event, including name, job title, etc. Please make sure these details are correct as they will be what is shown on your online event profile and in-person event badge.
You can change the details associated with your ticket by clicking the "Already registered" link on our Cvent Event info page. Enter your confirmation number and click "Modify registration" on the Cvent Confirmation page.
This will take you back through the registration process. Work through and amend the "Attendee information" section(name, surname and email address etc) and click "Next" to continue. Once you are sure everything is correct, click "Finish" to confirm the changes.

Can I have a receipt for my ticket?
Yes! After purchasing, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your receipt.
Do I need to print out my ticket?
No need! A digital ticket or your confirmation email is sufficient for entry.
Can I pay for my ticket(s) by invoice?
We require a minimum order of six (6) tickets to issue an invoice. Request to pay by invoice by emailing hello@mindtheproduct.com
Does my conference ticket give me access to the workshops?
No, workshops require separate registration.

What airport should I fly into?
Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) is the closest airport, just 13 miles from downtown Cleveland. Akron-Canton Airport (CAK) is another option, about 50 miles away.
How do I get from the airport to downtown Cleveland?
Public Transit: The RTA Red Line train runs from CLE Airport to downtown for just $2.50 (one-way).
Rideshare & Taxis: Uber, Lyft, and taxis are available, with an estimated fare of $35 to downtown.
Car Rentals: Rental cars are available at the CLE airport rental facility with a 24/7 shuttle service.
