CHOICES (MORE TBA):
Most products fail, simply because we build something nobody wants. This begs the obvious question: Why does this happen and how do you build what customers do want? Traditional approaches like surveys, focus groups, and even directly asking customers don’t work because customers themselves often don’t know what they want. In this workshop, you’ll learn a systematic approach for uncovering problems worth solving and turning them into solutions your customers cannot refuse.
Kicking off the Main Conference on Tuesday morning is the BUILD theme. Talks during this session relate to nurturing ideas, developing concepts, finding problem-solution fit and understanding customers.
The LAUNCH theme takes place on the afternoon of the first day of the Main Conference. During this session, you’ll hear talks relating to launching products, understanding data, finding product-market fit and rapid iteration.
Wednesday’s program will be bookended by talks relating to managing product development, strategy, and teams in rapidly growing or established technology companies.
During the day, speakers on three breakout stages will explore many key Product Management practices including leadership, roadmapping, data, design thinking and working with engineering.
